There are billions of people living in India today. This population also exhibits various diversities as people exist in various classes, religions and tastes. With the rural people comprising of a greater majority, looking into the affairs of the rural areas is noble cause taken by any charity organization. The western society has come in with new and modern styles and cultures and the rural people in India need to step up to the game. However, rural development in India is still experiencing a lot of challenges and therefore lagging behind. The people living here are faced with various difficulties of life, including poverty, illiteracy and poor living standards. The disparity between the rural and urban areas is quite huge than can just be expressed.
It is quite saddening that many children in the rural areas are dropping out of school at a very early age and forced into hard labor with poor working conditions and low pay. Poverty is killing people and high levels of illiteracy have contributed to the ever increasing suffering amongst the people. Many people are into these problems simply because of ignorance and lack of information on the importance of education in one’s life. Nobody is there to provide the guidance and insight needed for the people to realize what education can do for them. From the government side, though it is trying hard, no remarkable achievements have been recorded as regards to rural development and education. Despite the great strides achieved in urban development, the rural areas are yet to see the light of the day. This is where Relief India Trust comes in to help these people who have been deprived for a very long time.
Relief India trust is among the many NGOs in India, volunteering to make life worth living for the rural inhabitants. The organization is above all other services, campaigning for charity, education in the rural areas of India. The people who have volunteered to work with this organization are devoted and committed to improve the quality of life in various aspects including but not limited to education, health, environment conservation, disaster management and many more.
The Relief India Trust believes that education is the most vital weapon to fight off the suffering and many problems facing the rural areas. By setting up schools, supplying free learning materials and offering financial help to the needy children, education has managed to get its foot to the most remote areas of the country.  This way, many children have managed to access education and decent jobs afterwards.
The organization has also set up several awareness camps across the country to help in creating awareness about important issues in the society such as health, social rights and development programs among others.
As earlier said, the Relief India Trust is an NGO which means it is purely run by donations from willing donors and volunteers. The organization runs a number of social welfare services just to fulfill the dream of a new and more developed India up to the rural areas. Your contribution counts a lot in bringing about the change needed to brighten the future of the country.
